Had a roleplay on how to handle customer when they call requesting to set up Lotus Notes(LN).
1 roleplay each with e 2 newbies. some one shoot sissfied down pls. The conversations were being recorded and we have to be as professional as possible. AND he made me laugh like crazy with his weird accent and provided the name BELINDA when i ask for name.
Faints.

Had to start all over again. My first time was horrible. Laughed to myself when i heard the replay. Sounded too enthu at the wrong time and too dead at times. TL: frankly speaking, you have a very sweet voice *shy~ hand sign* and so pls make use of it. Have some up and down put more life in it.
HAHA in other words i sound dead!

Anyway this is the pass im holding on to to have access to doorS in NCS. haha.. It was taken on the first day of work. Instantly photo being taken, card being made. Tada~! A NCS pass =)
