there i stood.
with a spoon filled with white cloudy solution on my right hand,
and a cup of water tightly held on my left.

what's the white cloudy solution?
oh, it's two pills that i'm supposed to take twice a day, 2 pills each time, crushed to its powder form and dissolved with water.
it taste so bitter i dont have a right descriptive word for its bitterness cum a hint of sourness.

and i am someone who CANNOT SWALLOW PILLS that is why i have to go to great lengths to get those little bastards into my stomach! :(

I stood there in front of the sink for almost half an hour staring at the solution and trying to psycho myself to put it into my mouth.

Step 1: put spoon into mouth
Step 2: drink lots of water to down the medicine
Step 3: eat a sweet or chewing gum and i'm good to go~

I was at Step 1 for about 25 minutes.
It is very saddening for me.
It really is....

I even thought of seeking professional help as in the area of hypnotism.
yes, that serious.

I've got four more days to go = 4 pills per day = 16 more pills
each time i take it, i take on 2 pills.
okay i think i can do this.

4 days is nothing!!
nothing as per compared to a HEALTHY BODY !!

It seems like im having a private prep talk with myself.
